I'm Charlotte — ANutr Registered Nutritionist, MSc Sports Nutrition and Personal Trainer. I work with people who are tired of advice that doesn't account for how they actually think, feel and live.

My Story

Why I do what I do

I have always had ADHD, though I was only diagnosed within the last year. Looking back it explains so much — including why so many conventional nutrition approaches never quite worked the way they were supposed to, even for me as a nutritionist.
 

Being diagnosed, alongside hEDS and PoTS was actually a relief. Suddenly everything made sense. The difficulty following rigid routines. The unpredictable energy. The gap between knowing what to do and actually doing it consistently. That experience completely changed how I coach.

At Nutricademy I don't hand you a plan and hope for the best. I work with you to genuinely understand your own body — using tools like Cronometer to look at your full nutrient picture, not just calories and build flexible strategies that fit how you actually live.

 

This is nutrition coaching built on understanding, not rules. And it works because it was designed around real life — not an idealised version of it.

My nutrition coaching uses a flexible, education-based approach. Rather than following a rigid meal plan, you'll gradually learn to understand your own nutritional needs and build habits that actually stick — supported every step of the way.
