I'm Charlotte — Personal Trainer with over 10 years experience and qualified to work with older adults. I know firsthand that exercise looks very different depending on your body, your energy and your life. Living with ADHD, hEDS and PoTS has shaped not just how I move but how I coach, with patience, flexibility and zero judgement.

Whether alongside nutrition advice or independently, exercise can be rewarding both mentally and physically.

I offer structured 1:1 support, a fun group session in the fresh air, or simply want to move more consistently without it feeling like a chore. I offer flexible options to suit different bodies, budgets and energy levels.

All sessions take place locally in Kingston upon Thames (KT2) or at your home. Online sessions via Zoom are also available on request.

Gym workout

Outdoor Bootcamp — Kingston (KT2)

A fun, full-body outdoor session combining functional, strength and cardiovascular training. Suitable for all fitness levels — sessions are adaptable so you work at your own pace in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

1:1 Personal Training

Personalised sessions tailored entirely around you — your goals, your fitness level, your pace. Whether you want to build strength, improve your fitness, manage your energy better or simply feel more confident moving your body, I'll work with you to find an approach that fits your real life.
Sessions available on the Rec in Kingston, at your home (very local area), or online via Zoom on request.

Prices start at £25 per session

Freedom exercise classes - 1 hour  (in local area) 

A weekly group exercise class designed specifically for older adults — gentle, social and supportive. Sessions focus on mobility, strength and overall wellbeing in a relaxed and friendly setting. Running weekly in Latchmere Rec & Minful Gardens in Kingston (KT2).

New to the class? Just drop me a message first — I like to have a quick chat about your health and any considerations before you join us.

£10 per session 

 Bootcamp + PT Package

Want the best of both? Combine unlimited Bootcamp sessions with weekly 1:1 Personal Training for a consistent, varied and supported approach to your fitness.

Unlimited Bootcamp + 1 PT session per week: £115 per month (PT sessions can be at home or on the Rec)
